About the Role:

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the bridge between potential clients and our stellar sales team. Working remotely with flexible hours, you’ll take the initiative to identify qualified leads, engage them proactively, and secure valuable appointments for our sales reps. Your success will directly impact our sales pipeline and contribute to the company’s bottom line.

Responsibilities:

Prospect Lead Generation:
– Research and identify potential clients from various sources (e.g., online leads, referrals, event lists).
– Qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points.

Appointment Setting:
– Proactively contact leads through phone calls and emails, showcasing our products/services and their benefits.
– Overcome objections and address concerns to schedule qualified appointments with sales reps.
– Confirm appointments and handle logistical details to ensure a smooth transition.

Communication and Collaboration:
– Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities on a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
– Provide feedback and insights to the sales team on lead quality and potential challenges.
– Cooperate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
– Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, adept at overcoming objections and turning leads into appointments.
– Time management proficiency, capable of juggling multiple leads and prioritizing tasks effectively.
– Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
