Appointment Setter

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and working collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through various methods, such as web research, referrals, social media, and industry events.
Utilize email, phone, and social media to initiate contact with prospective clients and establish rapport.
Clearly communicate First Nation Media’s value proposition and digital marketing services to prospects.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads, ensuring optimal timing and availability for both parties.
Maintain and update accurate information on leads, prospects, and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales process.
Monitor and report on appointment setting performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay up-to-date with industry trends and enhance professional development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Familiarity with the digital marketing industry, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web design.
