7 Figure Dojo is a leading martial arts business coaching program, dedicated to helping martial arts schools and fitness studios grow and succeed. Our mission is to empower martial arts school owners with the tools, knowledge, and strategies necessary to transform their businesses and lives. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior “Dojo Assistant” to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
As a Junior Dojo Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
– Managing inbound leads from online marketing campaigns and setting appointments for introductory martial arts lessons.
– Following up on leads in the pipeline to ensure timely conversion.
– Confirming booked appointments on behalf of our clients via phone call, text, or email.
– Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with potential clients.
– Providing regular reports on lead conversion rates.
– Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
– Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.
Requirements:
– Excellent English and communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
– Interest in martial arts or fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
– Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
Average time to next promotion once in this role = 6-8 weeks
Must have minimum 30% average of lead to booked appt set rate and 35% average of booked to show rate.
YOUR COMPENSATION PACKAGE
?
Starting Pay: $4 per hr – $5 per hr
Appt Bonus: $0.50 – $1.00 per booked
Show Bonus: $1.50 – $2.50 per show
On target earnings potential per month
$800 base + $150 booked + $187.50 show
Total = $1137.50
Average time to next promotion once in this role = 6-8 weeks
Must have minimum 30% average of lead to booked appt set rate and 35% average of booked to show rate.
