Job Description

Responsibilities:
Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through market research, database analysis, and lead generation.
Focus on industries and companies that are likely to benefit from on-demand staffing solutions.
Outreach Campaign:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects from the provided database, using the prepared call scripts and communication materials.
Initiate and manage email outreach in parallel with phone calls to create a multi-channel engagement strategy.
Introduction and Qualification:

Clearly articulate the value proposition of on-demand staffing solutions.
Qualify leads by assessing their staffing needs, understanding pain points, and gauging interest in scheduling a meeting.
Appointment Setting:

Set appointments with qualified leads for Sales Representatives or Account Managers.
Use scheduling tools to coordinate and confirm meeting times, ensuring a seamless process for both the client and the sales team.
Follow-up:

Implement a structured follow-up process for leads that express interest but are not ready to schedule a meeting immediately.
Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads and keep the communication channels open.
Communication and Coordination:

Communicate effectively with the sales team to provide necessary background information about scheduled appointments.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure they are well-prepared for meetings.
Data Entry and CRM Management:

Accurately record all interactions, outcomes, and relevant information in the CRM system.
Ensure the CRM is up-to-date with the latest lead status and appointment details.
Performance Reporting:

Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, including the number of appointments booked, call outcomes, and any feedback received from prospects.
Adaptability and Continuous Improvement:

Be open to feedback and adapt to changes in the outreach strategy based on performance metrics.
Continuously seek ways to improve appointment-setting efficiency and effectiveness.
Time Management:

Effectively manage time to meet weekly targets for the number of appointments set.
Key Skills and Qualities:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and objections.
Ability to quickly grasp and communicate the value proposition of on-demand staffing solutions.
Proficient in using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
