Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by transferring customers to our clients. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from any location with an internet connection.
Responsibilities:
– Reach out to leads via phone, text or email to warm transferring them to our clients.
– Engage with leads in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences.
– Coordinate with our clients to ensure availability and schedule accordingly.
– Warm transfer qualified leads directly to our clients, providing relevant background information to about the services they provide.
– Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role, preferably within the industry.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
– Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools, enabling you to manage leads and appointments effectively.
– Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace to facilitate remote work.
– Must be available to work US Central Time to accommodate client schedules.
