Job Description

The Role:
As an Experienced Appointment Setter at Upsurge Digital, you will play a crucial role in our sales and business development efforts. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, thrive with minimal supervision, and go above and beyond to identify and secure opportunities. Your ability to proactively engage potential clients and set appointments will be pivotal to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Take the initiative to research and understand prospects’ needs, enabling you to communicate the benefits of our service effectively.
Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring that appointments are well-qualified and well-prepared.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation and appointment-setting strategies.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share ideas to enhance our appointment-setting efforts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an appointment setter, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking ways to improve processes and results.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of Appointments Set: Ideally 5 appointments per week that show up
Appointment Show Rate: 60% minimum show rate
Lead Response Time: During business hours 5 minute response time to leads
Quality of Appointments: Assess the quality of appointments by tracking whether they meet certain criteria, such as the prospect’s fit with the product or service, their budget, and their readiness to buy.
Call/Email Outreach Metrics:
Call Volume: 50-100 calls per day to start
Email Outreach: TBD
