Hi there!
I have recently opened up a few spots in my coaching calendar for 2023 and am looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who can help me fill those coaching client openings.

I coach online business owners to start and scale profitable events in their businesses. I specialize in helping small business CEOs with digital product portfolios who use events as a key part of their ascension model.

Profile of my ideal client:
• Coach / speaker / author / creator / influencer / thought leader / expert / entrepreneur
• Sells digital courses, coaching, or a membership
• Hosts conferences or masterminds
• 50K+ Instagram Followers
• Has an event posted and open for registration on their website (ideally it starts in 3 to 9 months)
• Not required: Ideally, you can tell their posted event IS NOT their first event (they have a history of hosting events)

Your Qualifications:
• 3 years experience setting appointments
• Excellent English speaker and writer
• Proactive
• Outstanding communicator
• Joyful

Your Work:
• Research, find and warm up prospects and invite them to schedule a Zoom Call with me via a Calendly link
• We’ll work together to develop the process and where to look for leads – I’d like you to come with suggestions for touch points
• Let’s start with 10 hours per week, we’ll adjust it up or down based on your results
• Goal = 20 coaching clients in 2023
• You’ll be expected to use ClickUp and Excel to manage your leads and disposition them after each touch point so we’re able to track how much and what type of activity leads to a conversion (coaching client)

Your Payment & Commission:
• This is an hourly position
• You’ll send me an invoice every two weeks for your hours worked and be paid within 7 days of receipt of your invoice via Wise or PayPal
• You’ll also be paid a $100 USD commission for each appointment set that turns into a paid in full coaching client.
