We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives through effective engagement on various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Prospecting: Actively search for potential clients and leads on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Identify and target relevant individuals and businesses that fit our ideal customer profile.

2. Lead Generation: Engage with prospects through personalized messages, comments, and content sharing. Utilize social media best practices to build rapport, establish credibility, and generate interest in our products or services.

3. Appointment Setting: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs. Once qualified, schedule and confirm appointments with prospects for our sales representatives to conduct product demonstrations or consultations.

4. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain lead and appointment data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.

5. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting activities, including metrics such as the number of leads generated, appointments set, and conversion rates.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and align your lead generation efforts with their goals and target markets.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in social media prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, and their respective best practices for prospecting and engagement.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with prospects effectively.
– Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tools.
– Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and activities.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
