We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in our sales process by connecting with
potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with our sales representatives.
What we are looking for in an appointment setter: Exceptional communication skills, persuasive
abilities, and attention to detail will be essential in generating new business opportunities and
contributing to the growth of our organization.

· Conduct outbound calls, and emails, to engage with leads and prospects.
· Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs and interests.
· Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
· Schedule appointments or meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
· Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments, address any questions or concerns, and ensure high attendance rates.
· Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary information and support for successful meetings.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive information.
· Meet or exceed assigned targets and objectives related to appointment setting and lead conversion.

Requirements:
· Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar role.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), and we operate during EST.
