Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High Ticket Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of the sales department, you will play a crucial role in generating high-quality leads and setting appointments with potential clients for our high-ticket services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success in appointment setting, and the ability to engage with high-value prospects.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential high-value clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our high-ticket products/services.

Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our target customer profile and their potential interest in our offerings.

Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth handover of information.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to nurture their interest and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand product/service details, value propositions, and customer pain points to effectively communicate and position our offerings.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
– Strong English Skills
– Previous experience in high-ticket appointment setting or a similar role is preferred.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales or appointment setting capacity.
– Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proactive Approach: Take a proactive approach to lead generation and appointment setting, constantly seeking new opportunities to connect with high-value prospects.

Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product/service offerings in a compelling manner.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly appointment setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor services, and market dynamics to enhance service knowledge and improve overall performance.

Pay Range:
$1000 – $2000 per month
