Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will schedule appointments with agents and agencies, ensuring world-class communication and attention to detail.

Pay Structure:
• $10 per agent booking.
• $20 per agency booking.
• Additional bonus system based on performance. (1k Bonus for 100 qualified appointments, 1.5k Bonus for 140 qualified appointments, and 2k Bonus for 200 qualified appointments)

Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments with potential clients (phone & email).
• Qualify leads to ensure they’re a good fit.
• Manage your calendar to avoid conflicts.
• Schedule appointments with agents and agencies.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and appointments.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work 8 am-8 pm EST, Monday to Saturday.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work environment.
• 1+ year of appointment setting or similar experience.
• Knowledge on Trello, GoHighLevel, Discord, Slack, Etc.
