This role is to support the sales team and help on the client service side of the business by setting up appointments for our sales team. Our mission is to help accounting and tax firm owners enjoy their work while being paid their worth so they can finally have a work-life balance and enjoy life again instead of burning the candle at both ends. Our business provides a program to teach accounting and tax firm owners how to have a solid sales process and price their services correctly.
You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, you will be expected to open enough calendar space to make approximately 30-60 calls and texts per day from following up with people who registered for our company webinar to those who may need a replay link to watch.
You will also be expected to complete your morning & end of day tasks every day, Monday-Friday.
You will also be expected to be available to communicate through email and text from 9am PST – 5pm PST daily.
Altogether this is a part-time position, 10-20 hours/wk position.
This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.

You’re going to be talking and texting with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert, being an introvert is a great quality for this position).

Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only set appointments for the sales team with people who are a great fit.

You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.

You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which – a lot of times – can be life-changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
