-minimal or 0 accent
-appointment setting experience (with data to support)
-experience in home services
***bonus pay available for more than 30 appointments booked weekly***

Position: Administrative Assistant: As an Administrative Assistant at Wise Coatings, you will be an integral part of our operations, supporting various departments and ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional administrative assistance to our team.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and client correspondence.
-Assist outside sales representatives with incoming leads
-Assist production in forecasting for inventory orders
-Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, making sure all arrangements are well-prepared and executed efficiently.
-Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating company databases.
-Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
-Provide support to the sales and marketing teams with data analysis and customer engagement tasks.
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
-Uphold a high level of confidentiality and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.

Roll requirements:
-Backup power/generator
-30 minute warning for approaching storm, natural disaster, etc

Qualifications:
-Home service experience is required
-Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
-Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
-Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-CRM experience (HouseCall Pro & GoDunzo is primarily what will be used)
