Are you a super star on the phone? Excellent with linkedin? Then we want you!
If you want to work with a growing and nimble startup, then this is the right spot for you. You can have a large impact on the process and work directly with the CEO!
We need a senior business development sales rep to identify B2B sales targets on linked and other methods, do cold outreach on the phone, set appointments and pump up our sales numbers! We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not entry level, Please have at least one year of demonstrated success in an outbound sales role before applying.
Detailed Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities would include:
-Find potential customers that are a great fit for our company.
-Use linkedin and other methods to identify potential customers
-Reach out to those customers via phone and email and linked in
-Explain our company benefits and set an appointment (or close the deal if you can!)
-Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
You can be successful in this position if you:
-Have at least one year experience with any type of sales
-Are comfortable cold calling prospects and developing a good rapport quickly
-Excellent spoken and written english
-Organized and an expert at using google sheets to keep track of progress
-Have a quiet place to make phone calls to the USA
-Know how to use linkedin extremely well
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
-13th month pay
-Commissions on converted appointments (once they become customers – can make a lot of extra $ here once you get good)
You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of business development analysts. Put superstar in your subject or first line of your message.
