We are seeking an Appointment Setter who is passionate about pets and understands the importance of safe and comfortable pet travel. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and scheduling between pet owners and our travel guardians.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule pet transport appointments with pet owners.
Provide detailed information about our services, including commercial air transport, semi-private air transport, and private ground transport.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients.
Work closely with our team to ensure seamless travel arrangements for pets.
Update and manage client information and schedules in our database.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Passion for pets and understanding of the pet travel industry.
Experience in customer service or appointment setting is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
