Our goal is to help Australians during the most exciting time of their life – buying their first home and also assisting existing home owners pay off their home loans faster. We’re currently looking to find an amazing Appointment Setter with an Australian accent to join our fast growing team.

We are a high performing strategic advisory and buyers agency. Our clients are:

* First home buyers looking to make decisions about how to buy their first property
* Home owners looking to upgrade to their next purchase or right size to their forever home
* Investors looking to build a tailored portfolio that delivers continuous income
* Business owners looking to purchase commercial property
* Builders and developers who are working to find their next renovation or development.

We achieve this by helping our clients gather the information they need to make great property decisions, building a plan using our unique approach and then searching, selecting and purchasing property for each client.

We are looking for a motivated, punctual applicant who enjoys talking to people. First preference will be given to people who have an Australian accent. You will be calling leads who have requested information about either buying a first home or building a profitable property portfolio. We are not cold calling, the lead will expect a call. You will qualify the lead by asking a few questions and booking the appointment for our property strategists. In time you will also be responsible for responding to Facebook messages.

Requirements
* MUST have a computer, reliable internet connection and a mobile phone.
* MUST have 2 years appointment setting or sales experience
* Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales Representative, or similar
* Australian accent with clear diction
* Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills along with excellent phone etiquette
* Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
* Be available to work 6 days a week/3 hours a day [this may increase in time].
* Professional and courteous disposition.
* Persuasive and results oriented.
* Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
* Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers we provide.
* Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
* Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
* Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Property Strategists.
* Keeping a detailed log of calls, and update our CRM.
* Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
* Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.

Hours/salary
* Immediate start
* Hours: 20 hours/week, approx. 3 hrs/day over 6 days per week
* Pay: $6 AUD per hour
