Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. This role requires the ability to effectively engage with both B2B and B2C prospects, cultivating relationships and securing appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to adapt strategies for different client types.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products/services and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target businesses or individuals for effective appointment setting.
Customize communication approaches based on the audience (B2B or B2C), understanding their needs and tailoring pitches accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments set, and client details using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies, understand product/service offerings, and optimize appointment-setting processes.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to enhance conversations and appointment-setting techniques.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an appointment setter, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and schedules.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using tools for efficient appointment setting.
Adaptability and flexibility to switch between B2B and B2C approaches seamlessly.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and surpassing targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Knowledge of the industry/products/services being offered.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards learning and personal development.
Real Estate Experience is preferred but not required.

Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
RAM: 8 GB or higher
Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
