Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time contract employee with a 30, 60, and 90 Day Evaluation Period.
Compensation: $400 – 600 /month base pay + Commission (5% of the first month’s payment per successful conversion) + Bonus Opportunities. Pay has opportunity to increase after 90 day eval period based on performance.

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and driven Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary role will be to engage potential clients, set appointments, and pave the way for successful partnerships. You’ll be the first point of contact, representing our unique brand with a blend of humor and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, effectively communicating our services and setting appointments.
Add appointments to the calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling.
Conduct video audits and follow up with leads as needed.
Work towards meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Requirements:
Previous experience in appointment setting or a related field.
Strong familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
Excellent communication skills with a solid English accent.
Creative and adaptable approach to engaging potential clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with using online communication tools and appointment scheduling software.
Performance Metrics:
Your performance will be evaluated based on the number of successful conversions and contribution to revenue growth.
Training and Support:
This is a new position with minimal initial training, but ongoing support and learning opportunities will be provided.
