Overview:
The Appointment Setter at Miquel Gironès Co is the key to helping our team connect with potential clients. Your role is to set up meetings with people interested in our international business and legal services. You’ll be on the phone a lot, using your charm and knowledge to schedule appointments for our team. We’re all about being quick, doing things well, keeping it simple, and aiming for the best. Your job is to make sure our calendar is full of qualified prospects.

Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling:
– Chat and exchange emails with potential and existing clients to set up meetings, with a goal of converting 20% from Lead to Booked Call per day across all platforms.
– Keep our team’s calendar up-to-date, making sure there are no double bookings.
– Follow up with reminders to both clients and our team to ensure everyone is prepared and punctual.
– Handle last minute cancellations and changes—your responsibility continues until the meeting happens.
– Handle any rescheduling or cancellations, aiming to always find a new suitable time.

2. Client Interaction:
– Provide basic information about Miquel Gironès Co’s services, answering questions to get clients excited about their appointment.
– Take notes on client needs to help our team prepare for the meeting.

3. Team Collaboration:
– Check-in daily with our team to learn about any new services or changes.
– Share feedback from clients to help improve our services and offerings.
– Attend weekly team meetings to stay informed and aligned—specially with the sales team.

4. Record Keeping:
– Use our digital tools to track calls, emails, and appointments.
– Report weekly on successes and challenges, aiming to always improve.

Qualifications:
– You should enjoy talking to people and be good at it.
– A basic understanding of our business and services would be nice, but we’ll teach you.
– Be okay with using a computer to schedule and track things.
– Be glued to your phone during all your duty hours and, ideally, promptly responsive during the rest of your waking hours too.
– Good organization skills – we don’t want to miss any meetings!
– Team player: We all work together here, and you should too.
