We are looking for full-time appointment setters to work as business development managers in our home services business. You will be working directly alongside the directors generating new appointments for the business with prospective clients, via email, direct messages and telephone.
No previous experience required, as training is provided on the job, but you need to have these basic skills:
– Fluent English (speaking and writing) – you will be speaking / messaging with the directors, customers and other stakeholders on a daily basis.
– Good listener – to succeed, you need to be able to listen well and really understand the people you speak with.
– Good communicator – proactive and frequent communication is a must for success.
– Punctual – you have to turn up on time, every time.
– Coachable – training and instructions on are provided on the job, you need to be able to pick things up quickly.
– Independent – you must be creative and brave to try new approaches to generating new business.
– Hardworking – we do whatever it takes to get the job done.
– Efficient – we move quickly, so you need to be able to use your time well.
You must be ready to start work immediately.
If successful on the interview process, there will be an initial 3-day training and trial period to determine if this work is a good fit for you.
This is a serious, full-time, long-term position. Full contract will be provided upon hiring.
