Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, setting appointments, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, initiating contact through cold calling and telemarketing, and nurturing relationships to schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the target market to generate leads and qualify prospects.
-Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
-Engage in consultative conversations to understand the needs and pain points of prospects.
-Articulate the value proposition of our products/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
-Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, appointments, and sales activities.
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
-Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in cold calling and telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment, is a must.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport over the phone.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
-Must be available during US time zone business hours.
