Appointment Setter/Call Booking + Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in processing inbound messages and helping our sales team book more qualified calls, serving our mission to help individuals transform their lives by optimizing their gut and hormone health.

Your goal is to drive more reach, engagement, and thus more discovery calls booked with QUALITY leads. We want to talk to people who are good candidates and fits for the program. You will be creating and posting to social media, generating conversation with, and helping our community.

Preferred Skills:
– Proficiency in social media management and engagement
– Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing

Requirements:
– Strong sense of urgency
– Proficient at following detailed workflows
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Extremely responsive and a team player
– Good judge of character
– Availability to work from 7-8am EST, and 7-8pm EST minimum to engage with followers, DM outreach, and follow up with leads
– Results you’ll be driving: 12 booked calls per week
– Hourly rate: $4 but will be increased based on achieving KPIs.
– If you book 12 calls in a week (and at least 75% show up), you keep your job
– If you book 17 calls in a week (and at least 75% show up) you get $50 bonus
– If you book 20 calls in a week (and at least 75% show up to their call) you get $100 bonus

***BONUS POOL*** At the end of each quarter – if the business grows 12%, everyone on the team splits the bonus pool of the total sales made. The more calls you book, the more sales we make, the bigger bonus pool you get.
