Appointment Setter | Calling Interested Leads | B2C Telemarketing Role

I’m currently looking for an English-fluent female for a role as a telemarketing inbound appointment setter to call leads and get them scheduled for appointments.

Sounds more complex than it actually is…

For context, I own a marketing agency that works with aesthetic clinics. We run ads for our clients to generate interested leads.

What I’m looking for, is someone who can call these interested leads to get them booked in for appointments.

We have training, scripts and 1-1 support.

We are looking for someone with great English, preferably female, and an understanding of software like GoHighLevel, PipeDrive, Google Sheets etc (does not need to be to a high standard).

We are looking to bring you on for only a few clients at the start, and if it looks promising, assign more clients to you with a higher earning capacity.

At the start it will be 20 hours per week, if performance is good, we can increase this to 30-40 hours per week.

Lead Outreach: Initiate contact with B2C leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
Engagement: Engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
No Accent Requirement: A neutral accent is required for clear and effective communication with B2C leads.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with leads.
Sales Skills: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
Reliable Internet Connection: Access to a stable Internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.

Payment:

Salary will be a fixed base rate + bonus commission for each appointment booked.
