? What you can expect:

$300/week starting salary + 10=20% Commission on closed deals. ? Negotiable
Video academy consisting of 165 training videos on using our CRM, Automated Follow-Ups, and 7 uncut Demo recordings showing how to conduct meetings and close deals with REAL clients.
Admin work takes seconds, not minutes, seconds. (sending out contracts, following up with no-shows, rescheduling, meeting outcome surveys, reporting, etc.)
Our product is unique in the marketplace and our clients love it. We have a software engineer on the team.
Sales Scripts, Ongoing training, proven sales process, just follow it and we’ll win together
Appointments on Your Calendar every day from an appointment-setting team once you’ve completed the initial training period and brought on your first clients.
You will be selling to home-service businesses through Google Meet web conferencing.
Shadowing on the demos during the first 7 days, then doing the qualifying/discovery with the prospect yourself and you will then demo the product. I will still be in the meetings with you and help close the deal. Then after day 14, you will be doing the demos all by yourself.
Niche: Home-Service Businesses (HVAC, Roofing, Solar, Remodeling, Plumbers, etc.)
100% Remote position: Internet connection and a good laptop with a fancy webcam and clean background are all you need. We GHL so you can manage leads and pipelines.
Closer/Sales Executive Opening: I’m the CEO and the current closer of the company. I’ve closed $11,650 in setup fees in the past 14 days. My first language isn’t English and I am Not a natural-born salesman…

? What we’re looking for & Requirements:

English C2 level with hardly noticeable accent.
You must be tech-savvy, have experience selling online, and know how to use Zoom/Google Meet.
Clean background as you will have the camera on and noise-canceling headphones.
Completing the training videos within 2 days at most and not wasting time.
Showing up to every single demo presentation with potential clients on time. There is no excuse for being late, ever.
Someone who can bring in at least 8-10 new clients a month.
Initially, it is required to do 50-100 cold calls per day so you can motivate and build your Appointment Setting team Reward. ? If successful with appointment setting and closing deals, we will hire appointment setters for you specifically and you will not need to do cold outreach after that.
If you are not tech-savvy, this is not gonna work for you.
You gotta be a self-starter. We do not babysit sales executives on the team, you gotta communicate with your appointment-setting team and raise your hand if you have got a problem.
Be proactive, if we have to check on your work, this is not gonna be a good fit.

Available at least 40 hours per week ? If you have done sales before you know that clients reschedule, if you have date nights and fun stuff planned for every day of the week, this is not gonna be a good fit for you.
HINT: Most people simply mess up the application process, if you can complete it well, you’ll already be in the top 10% of candidates. So just pay attention to the steps, my team disqualifies anyone who can’t follow instructions or has a bad attitude.

? Hiring Process & Starting Date:

Start Date: As soon as next Monday. Your task will be in your first week or two to shadow me (I’m the guy doing the demos) and complete our robust training portal.
In the first 5-30 days you will be taking part in setting appointments in the calendar yourself and closing these appointments.
