We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team, specializing in setting appointments and conducting cold calls to businesses in Canada. As an integral part of our sales and outreach efforts, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, conveying our value proposition, and maintaining comprehensive notes to facilitate future follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Call List Generation:
Independently research and generate call lists of potential clients and business partners in the Canadian market.
Identify and prioritize leads based on strategic criteria and business goals.
Appointment Setting:
Utilize various communication channels to schedule appointments with potential clients and business partners.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the benefits and features of our products/services.
Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound cold calls to businesses in Canada, introducing our offerings and generating interest.
Articulate our value proposition clearly and handle objections professionally.
Note-Taking:
Maintain meticulous notes during and after each call, capturing key information, client preferences, and potential opportunities.
Input detailed call summaries into CRM systems to ensure a comprehensive record of interactions.
Lead Qualification:
Gather pertinent details during calls to qualify leads and assess their potential as valuable prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights for effective follow-up strategies.
Relationship Building:
Focus on building and nurturing positive relationships with key contacts, fostering a sense of trust and credibility.
Continuously update knowledge of client needs and preferences for personalized interactions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on call activities, appointment success rates, and other relevant metrics.
Provide input for ongoing analysis and improvement of cold calling and appointment setting strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting and cold calling, preferably in a B2B context.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to efficiently input and manage data.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
