Seeking a dynamic and motivated Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential customers, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and building the foundation for successful sales relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research and lead generation techniques, including online research, cold calling, and data mining.

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm, effectively communicating the value of iVe System’s products and services.

Pitching: Deliver compelling and tailored pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.

Lead Qualification: Determine the prospect’s level of interest and qualification by asking relevant questions and collecting essential information.

Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team with potential clients.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Communication: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide feedback on prospect responses.

Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better tailor your conversations and pitches.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Must have experience with Go High Level or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software or willingness to learn.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
