Responsibilities and Duties:
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their potential interest and readiness to sell their property.
• Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor messages to address potential clients’ needs and pain points.
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Collaborate with your Sales Team, grow, and reach your highest potential.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and outcomes using our Dialer CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
• Well organized with excellent time management skills

System Requirements:
• Desktop/Laptop (at least i5 or Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM or higher) and second monitor
• Operating System: Windows 10 or latest
• Stable wired connection with at least 75MBPS up and down speeds for smooth communication and data handling.
• Back up internet connection
• USB Type noise-canceling headset with mic
• Quiet home office
