About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong American English accent, and demonstrate proficiency in using HubSpot and Kixie. You will be responsible for generating leads, making calls, and scheduling appointments to support our sales team in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct extensive cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
– Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring thorough preparation for both parties.
– Maintain and update lead information in HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
– Engage with prospects using an American English accent, effectively communicating and building rapport.
– Utilize Kixie for efficient call management and tracking, leveraging its features to enhance productivity.
– Generate regular reports on appointment-setting activities, lead status, and outcomes to inform sales strategies.
– Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on targets, strategies, and messaging.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role.
– Fluent in American English with a clear and neutral accent.
– Proficient in using HubSpot CRM and Kixie for lead management and communication.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
– Ability to adjust strategies based on feedback and changing market conditions.
