Key Responsibilities:
• Use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Make outbound calls, cold calls, and follow-up calls to expand our client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
• Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
• Work closely with our sales team to set appointments and manage incoming leads.
• Keep track of your leads and appointments using our CRM software.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals and metrics.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in outbound call centers, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
• Knowledge of real estate investment and property owners preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.

• Desktop/Laptop (at least i3 or ryzen 3, 8GB RAM)
• Stable wired connection with at least 5MBPS
• US Type noise-cancelling headset
• Quiet home office
