Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to identify potential clients and generate high-quality leads for our marketing services.
Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, branding, and market research, to engage potential clients and communicate the value of our agency’s services.
Leverage your experience in the marketing industry to identify target industries, verticals, and key decision-makers for outreach.
Make cold calls, send personalized emails, and use other appropriate communication channels to initiate contact with potential clients.
Effectively convey the benefits and unique selling points of our marketing services to potential clients, aligning their needs with our offerings.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, customize pitches, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, lead progress, and appointment scheduling using CRM software or other designated tools.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through regular communication to increase conversion rates and foster long-term partnerships.
Stay informed about industry trends, marketing best practices, and our agency’s service offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients and address their concerns.
Provide valuable feedback and insights based on customer interactions to optimize our sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as an appointment setter / cold caller
Proven work experience within a marketing industry, a minimum of 2-3 years
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, or in a similar role within a marketing agency.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, techniques, and industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients, build rapport, and articulate complex marketing concepts clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with CRM software and other lead management tools to effectively track and manage leads.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation and appointment setting targets.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Resilient and self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle objections, rejection, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify prospecting opportunities and optimize lead generation efforts.
