Hello!
We are a fast growing marketing agency in the Mortgage niche. Our clients are loan officers and mortgage brokers who we help close an additional 3-6 new deals per month with our system.

Your Role:
Our agency runs our loan officer client’s marketing for them (FB/Instagram Leads etc..) which is where we generate leads of people who are looking to purchase a home and need to get pre-approved for a loan. Our appointment setter team (you) will call potential clients (Loan officers and mortgage brokers), and qualify the potential client (ask questions to make sure they are qualifiable/viable client), then if they are, you will set a demo meeting with that client and me on my calendar for me to pitch and close them on our services. Every close, you will be paid a percentage as well.

We have DIRECT cell phone numbers of over 50,000+ so it is very easy to get in contact with these potential clients. Our current setters set about 3-5+ qualified DEMOs to my calendar per day.

You will get anywhere between 20-50+ leads to call per day from all our clients while still following up with all the old leads we have generated in previous days. Our current setters set about 3-5+ qualified live transfers/appointments per day per client.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED COLD CALLERS and REAL ESTATE APPOINTMENT SETTERs ONLY. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have experience calling MORTGAGE leads or REAL ESTATE leads. We are looking for at least 1 – 2 years minimum of experience calling and setting appointments for mortgage leads.

There will be a 2 week – 1 month trial period. If you hit KPI’s then you will be hired full time at our company.

Skills:

**You must have very good English as you will be speaking to American customers/leads who are looking to purchase a home and need to get pre-qualified for a loan and live transferring them to our loan officer clients who can help them get pre-approved for a loan.

You must be self sufficient, very driven, excellent communication skills and well organized.
Experience using Go High Level preferred*
General knowledge about the real estate & mortgage industry preferred.
You must be able to hit KPI’s/numbers daily/weekly with a proven track record from previous jobs calling mortgage leads.
1 – 2 year minimum experience calling mortgage and real estate leads.
You must be dedicated to our company culture and to the growth of the company. We are only looking for SERIOUS applicants and future employees for our company. Not a side gig or side job.
The role will be full time. Salary + performance bonuses will be included and ability to scale up pay quickly if you prove that you are good and are consistently hitting KPI’s every week.
