Position Overview:
As our Appointment Setter VA, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our agency’s growth by securing appointments with potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn, Instagram, Cold Email, and Cold Calling. Additionally, you’ll be using tools like Go High Level, , Apollo, , and more to gather and refine email lists for effective outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
Craft persuasive messages and follow SOPs to spark interest and schedule appointments.
Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms effectively.
Clean and manage email lists for efficient outreach.
Conduct both cold and warm calls with professionalism.
Collaborate with our team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in LinkedIn, Instagram, Cold Email, and Cold Calling for digital marketing.
Familiarity with Go High Level is a plus.
Strong English language for effective communication.
Ability to follow directions and work well within a team.
Self-driven and eager to achieve targets.
