Are you a proactive and results-driven individual with a knack for managing leads and converting prospects into satisfied customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our client’s dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our client’s success.

As an Appointment Setter, you play a crucial role in managing, qualifying, and processing inbound leads from renters seeking warehouse space. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on leads, updating lead data, and ensuring that appointments are set for warehouse tours. Your success will be measured by the number of appointments and tours completed, as well as your ability to improve lead conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:
Manage, qualify, and process inbound leads from renters seeking warehouse space.

Follow-up:
Follow up on leads in a timely and persistent manner to engage and assist potential customers.

Data Management:
Qualify and update lead data accurately to maintain a clean and organized database.

Daily Lead Management:
Effectively manage approximately 40 leads per day to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Appointment Setting:
The main Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is to schedule appointments and complete tours at a warehouse that aligns with the prospect’s needs.

Time Zone Coverage:
Provide greater coverage across US time zones to accommodate prospects from different regions.

Conversion Rate Improvement:
Continuously work to improve the conversion rates of leads to warehouse tours through effective communication and lead nurturing.

Effective Communication:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with prospects, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

Call Center Experience:
Prior call center experience is preferable but not mandatory, as training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right skills and attitude.

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of leads.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving set goals and KPIs.
HubSpot knowledge is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to work flexible hours to cover different time zones.
High degree of self-motivation and a proactive approach to lead management.
