Job Description

We are currently in search of an ambitious, highly motivated appointment to join our dynamic team. This role is focussed on cold calling local businesses to drive interest in our solution.

Standard Working Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm CST

Responsibilities:

– Proactively reach out to a high volume of prospects every day via cold calls. These calls are an opportunity to introduce our company and products, and you are the first point of contact a potential client has with our business.
– Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for the company. This involves understanding the needs and requirements of a prospect and figuring out if our offering could be a potential solution.
– Set appointments for the closer to further develop potential sales. You will create a bridge between the potential customer and our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition.
– Use our power dialer to increase efficiency. This tool will help you to reach more people in less time, maximizing your productivity. Reps report that they have been able to make 3x as many calls in the same amount of time.
– Maintain detailed records of calls made and results achieved. This is crucial for tracking progress and ensuring future follow-ups.

Requirements:

– C2 Proficiency in English. This includes both written and verbal communication.
– Excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you must be able to convey information clearly and effectively.
– Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred. We value the knowledge and skills gained from these environments.
– Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You will be dealing with diverse individuals and must be able to build rapport quickly.
– Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. While we work as a team, we believe in empowering individuals to take initiative and ownership of their work.
– Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus. These systems are integral to our operations, and knowledge of them is beneficial.
