Expat Guidance is a start up in the Relocation Industry in over 10 countries. Due to recent growth we are looking for an Appointment Setter that is responsible for upselling different services to warm leads during 9-18 Manilla time.
What we expect:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out warm leads, scheduling appointments for our partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within the sales industry.
What you can expect on a daily basis:
Update our Zoho CRM by importing daily leads
calling warm clients in different markets/industries via phone to schedule appointments for our partners
Able to manage 200 – 250 outbound calls per day
Maintain accurate record of client interaction and appointments in the company’s CRM
Follow up with prospects to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with the company’s services
Continuously learn about the company’s products and services in order to provide accurate information to potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
A BIT ABOUT YOU
Highly developed customer satisfaction focus.
Fluent English (speaking and writing)
Knowledge of Zoho CRM
At least 2 years’ experience in appointment setting or customer facing role is required
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced MS Office skills or Google Suite is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a Global team.
Possess a proactive, outgoing and ‘can do’ personality who’s not afraid to speak up
Be able to carry out and lead a conversation
Possess the flexibility to handle a conversation whether through the use of a script or holding a free flow conversation
Having Forex/Fintech or Relocation experience is a plus
Flexibility timewise since you are dealing with multiple Tim zones (mainly Australia and UK)
