Appointment Setter / Cold Caller for Real Estate Agents in Dubai

Overview:

We seek an exceptional Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to assist our growing team of real estate agents in Dubai. This role involves daily engagement with prospects, utilizing effective communication strategies to secure valuable appointments for our agents. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of solid sales acumen, strong organizational abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills. And finally knowledge of the real estate industry in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

* Contact prospective clients via telephone and email to gauge interest in our real estate services
* Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our real estate agents
* Maintain records of interactions, including those that did not result in scheduled appointments
* Follow up with prospects who could not be reached initially
* Collaborate closely with real estate agents to optimize conversion rates
* Work independently while remaining aligned with company objectives and best practices
* Adhere strictly to targets and guidelines provided by management
* Remain current with developments in the Dubai real estate market

Requirements and Skills:

* At least two years of proven experience in appointment setting, preferably in the real estate sector
* Strong english including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Exceptional active listening and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and CRM systems
* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Demonstrated success in achieving targets and meeting deadlines
* Professional and courteous demeanor
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred

Work Environment:

* Position involves remote work or be based in a virtual call center setting
* Regular interaction with colleagues and our real estate agents
* Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with occasional evening and weekend availability if needed

Compensation:

* Monthly base salary ranging from $600-$800, dependent upon experience
* Commission structure offering additional earnings based on successfully secured appointments
* Performance bonuses available for exceeding established benchmarks
