Appointment Setter & Executive Assistant
100% Remote
Mountain standard time (MST) zone required
Compensation: $5-20/Hr USD

The Senior Safety Solutions team is on a mission to help seniors in our community’s stay safe and independent in their homes by providing long term solutions to everyday challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex appointments and client interactions.
Strong experience in social media management, with an ability to engage audiences and foster brand presence.
Proficiency in calendar and email management tools.
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment setting:
Returning calls to warm leads within minutes of them making an inquiry on our platforms. Use your skill set with our systems to pre-qualify ideal prospects and set in-home sales appointments for our team.

Calendar Management: Efficiently organize and manage the executive’s and sales teams calendar.

Email Management: Prioritize and manage incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and organization.

Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, Scheduling engaging content and interacting with our audience to enhance our brand visibility.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the executive team, including document preparation, presentation creation, and logistical planning for events.

Experience and Qualifications
Required: 4+ years of experience in sales and appointment setting
Required: 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
Required: 2+ years of experience with Facebook Social Media and Canva
Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred time zone: MST
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Incredible communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with tools like G-Suite, Excel (or Sheets) GoHighLevel CRM System
A proven track record in your ability to get things done
