Job Summary:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to schedule appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Contact existing clients to schedule follow-up appointments.

Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments between clients and the sales team.
Maintain and update the appointment calendar.
Confirm appointments via phone and email.

Lead Management:
Qualify leads based on established criteria.
Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
Follow up on leads and maintain a lead database.

Customer Interaction:
Handle inquiries from potential clients regarding products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled effectively.
Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and effectiveness.

Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on appointment setting activities and results.
Track performance metrics and meet or exceed set targets.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role preferred.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Note: This is a remote part-time role that will potentially transition to full-time. This is a base pay plus commission ($600 part-time while $1,200 full-time), we strongly need someone who’s seasoned and experienced with neutral accent. Preferably someone who worked with American companies in B2B medium to high ticket setting. Someone who has customer success and sales/closing experience too (we might explore these opportunities long-term).

This is immediate and we are looking to hire the right candidate by the end of the week.
