POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
2) Qualification: Determine the needs and interests of prospects to ensure they are a good fit for our products or services.
3) Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified leads for appointments with our sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and efficient follow-up.
4) Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of prospect interactions and appointments in our CRM system, updating information as needed.
5) Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and strategies for maximizing appointments and conversions.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
2) Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or appointment setting, minimum 1 year experience.
3) Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, email platforms, and other sales tools to manage leads and appointments.
4) Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5) Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in the face of challenges is essential for success in this role.
