Job Description:
Supafitgrow, a leading provider of marketing and lead generation services for gyms and fitness studios, is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Lead Nurture Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for the health and fitness industry, and bring a wealth of experience in call centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and nurture prospective leads from initial interest to booking their first appointment.
– Engage leads via phone calls and text messages, building relationships and providing information on membership programs.-
– Schedule appointments for potential members to visit the gym or fitness studio for initial experiences such as trials or consultations.
– Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the Suapfit team to maximize conversion rates.
– Track and report on lead status and appointment outcomes.
– Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call centre position.
– Experience in the fitness or health industry is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong customer service orientation with a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficient in CRM software High Level
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
