The Harbert Real Estate Group, a trailblazer in the real estate sector, is actively searching for an articulate, charismatic, and highly skilled English Cold Caller. As we ambitiously scale our operations, we seek an individual who can confidently initiate conversations, spark interest, and drive results through effective communication over the phone.
Job Type: Full-Time (35-50 hours per week)
Work Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm CST
Location: Remote (US working hours required)

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our offerings and highlighting the value we bring.
• Diligently handle objections and answer questions to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM.
• Consistently strive to meet and exceed predetermined targets.
• Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance data.
• Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication tactics.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in spoken English with a clear, engaging, and persuasive tone.
• Previous experience in a cold-calling or telesales role is advantageous.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient attitude with an ability to handle rejection and persist with a positive demeanor.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and telecommunication software.
• Willingness to undertake further training and coaching sessions.
