The Opportunity:
I’m looking for an Operations Assistant ready to dive into the entrepreneurial world, focusing not on hours clocked but tangible growth and results. This role is for the bold, the ambitious, and the inventive—someone ready to be my right hand, to grow with TapSVN, and eventually steer our internal operations.

Your Mission:

– Lead triage to identify and qualify potential fits, ensuring I only speak with clients ready to move forward.
– Drive bookings by tapping into a rich vein of warm leads, employing strategic follow-ups and persuasive outreach rooted in genuinely wanting to help.
– Innovate and suggest improvements to our operations, enhancing efficiency and client engagement.
– Manage client and project timelines, ensuring accountability and progress.

The Deal:

-Base Pay: $75/week ($300/month) to start, with a clear path for growth. (WILLING TO NEGOTIATE)
-Bonuses: Earn a 5% raise for each new client signed and a 5% bonus from project closures.
-Growth: Opportunity for salary renegotiation upon reaching $1000/month, setting us both up for success.
