Appointment Setter & Follow up Sales VA

This job will consist of custom sales oriented outreach to leads that I have already met with and in some cases sold to. It is the goal to build strong trustworthy relationships with these individuals through continued support and communication. My product is a unique teaching program in which sometimes buyers are not ready, timing is off, or it is too expensive at the time of sale. I also keep in touch with existing sales post school in order to potentially get them to return annually for continued growth. We also ask for referrals and introductions to friends and family to build our book of business.

Your main functions would be calling these individuals to check-in, generate curiosity and set follow up meetings for me to close. If they do not pick up, you would be tasked with sending SMS + Emails to generate responses. You will also be responsible for assisting me with coding my daily meetings and creating my EOD list among other standard VA tasks if all other tasks are complete.

The goal of this outreach is to set meetings for me with warm prospects when timing is right for them to join a school or the 1st time , or return as an alumni.

Job Requirements ( Please do not apply if missing any)
– Fluent and very strong with English both speaking and writing
– 2+ years of experience appointment setting
– Sales training and experience with techniques to generate curiosity via speaking and sending messages.
– Access to strong internet, computer, and noise canceling microphone for phone calls.
-Strong knowledge with how to use email and online phone systems to call and send sms text messages.

Job Details
– 3-4 hours per day ( Must be during USA EST Hours between 2PM-7PM EST )
