Job Description

We’re looking for a resourceful, confident, and strategic sales-loving team member to help source, contact, close, and manage the sales pipeline for a successful construction-related franchise in California. In this role you’ll need to be comfortable working on lots of different sales tasks without slowing down, all while helping improve the processes along the way.

You need to be just as experienced with creating a cold email outreach campaign as you are with making cold calls so if you can only handle one or the other, this isn’t for you. We also expect you to be able to create and manage a CRM, as well as the sequences you’ll use to help hit your daily, weekly and monthly goals.

More than anything though, we need you to be able to work independently and come up with weekly experiments that will help move the business forward. You’ll be a critical part of the team and will own a lot of important responsibilities. If you’re into this – keep on going and we hope to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
– Qualifying leads both online and on a phone call when needed.
– Making outbound calls to the qualified leads to close sales.
– Creating strategies for how to sequence the outreach to leads.
– Managing and updating all comms to leads as well as HubSpot.
– Creating and managing your own scripts, email templates, and SOPs.

Requirements:
– Experience in any type of commercial construction industry is a major plus!
– 3+ years of experience in any type of outbound sales or cold calling.
– 1+ years in a WFH setup.
– Preferably, experience as a Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert.
– Comfortable working directly with a US-based client and asking questions to learn.
– Ability to learn quickly and accept feedback on how to improve along the way.
– Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in English, multitasking, and using internal tools/CRMS.

Salary and Benefits:
– Base salary: 55k PHP per month.
