Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to call, text, and engage with leads, introducing them to our services and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires exceptional verbal and written English skills, a pleasing personality, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls and texts to potential leads and prospects.
– Introduce our services and engage in meaningful conversations.
– Schedule appointments for our sales team.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions.

Qualifications:
-Can converse well in straight English. Preferably with American accent.
-Pleasing and friendly demeanor over the phone.
-Quick learner with the ability to take initiative.
-Willingness to undergo training and adapt to changing strategies.
-Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
-Knowledge in Windows, Doors, Roofing Products, Real Estate, etc. is a plus but not required

Requirements:
-Minimum 8GB RAM PC setup (higher specs preferred).
-Good-quality microphone with noise cancellation. Please use your mic for your video introduction.
-Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
-Availability for 40 hours per week.
-Comfortable working remotely and independently.
