Appointment Setter for Digital Marketing Agency (Editing Services))

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in YouTube editing, design, SEO, and strategy, exclusively for real estate agents.

Absolute MUSTS to be Considered:
– Work US Central Time Shift: Must be willing to work the day shift here in the United States from Monday-Friday

Important Details:
Monthly Salary: $600 + (HIGH bonuses per new client added)
Weekly Hours: 40
Schedule: Mon-Friday: 9am-5pm CST (Lunch 12pm-1pm CST)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential real estate clients, introducing our comprehensive suite of “Done for You YouTube”, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Proactively contact real estate agents and brokerages via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services.
– Schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of our services: YouTube editing, design, SEO, and strategic planning for real estate professionals.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and leverage current campaigns and initiatives in outreach efforts.
– Record and update client information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and appointments.
– Meet and exceed appointment setting and sales goals.
– Provide feedback to the team on market trends, responses, and potential areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or digital marketing sector.
– Excellent communication English skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to understand and articulate our service offerings convincingly.
– A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting targets.
