Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced digital marketing company. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making cold calls, scheduling calls, handling objections to set appointments, appointment setting, and efficiently managing incoming calls and call transfers. This role is essential in driving our business growth and establishing valuable connections with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our digital marketing services. Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions to generate interest and engagement.
2. Scheduling Calls: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule calls with potential clients. Efficiently manage calendars, prioritize appointments, and ensure smooth scheduling processes.
3. Handling Objections for Setting Appointments: Listen attentively to potential clients’ concerns and objections during calls. Address objections effectively, provide appropriate information, and overcome resistance to secure appointments.
4. Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound calls to set appointments with qualified leads. Clearly communicate the purpose of the appointment, confirm availability, and ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded.
5. Answering Calls and Transfer Calls: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls to our company. Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in appointment setting or a related sales role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with potential clients over the phone in ENGLISH.
3. Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to address concerns and hesitations with confidence and professionalism.
4. Experience in cold calling and the ability to generate interest and excitement about our services.
5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and appointments effectively.
6. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services is preferred.
7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools to manage leads and appointments.
8. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
10. Outstanding customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
