Appointment Setter for Fitness Coaching

We are an online fitness coaching company helping hundreds of people in North America achieve their dream bodies with the expertise of a professional bodybuilder and Olympian John Le.

We are looking for a high-performer appointment setter who knows how to speak and write proficiently in English. They must pay attention to detail, be fast and efficient, and can “read the room”. You will be representing us through messaging new prospects and converting them into quality booked calls.

Our vision is to educate and provide a world-class service of online fitness coaching to the masses. We are relentless in growing our knowledge and eager to cut out the noise in the fitness industry. Along with our approach to fitness education, we are the top 1% of coaches who live what we preach.

Your role as our appointment setter:
– Strong communication with potential prospects and with the internal team.
– Efficiently manage conversations in the inbox of Instagram and Facebook
– Achieve a quota of conversations daily while replying to active conversations promptly.
– To be able to convert conversations into booked calls.
– Input data into our database to track all prospects and leads.
– Follow up with prospects relentlessly.
– Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
– Knows and uses GTD (Getting things done) with a desire to be an amazing asset to the company.

Qualifications:
– Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
– MUST have appointment setting experience in the fitness industry
– Must have incredible time management.
– Maintain a high level of detail-oriented work.
– Proficient in data entry.
– Has initiative and is self-motivated to fulfill the task required.
– Critical thinker and loves to solve problems
– Customer service experience is a plus
