Appointment Setter for Insurance Agency

Alden Insurance Agency is actively seeking a diligent Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This remote role is perfectly suited for an early riser eager to contribute during the early hours of the day, utilizing Pacific Time Dialing Hours for the majority of the time. Approximately once a month, the schedule shifts to accommodate Central Time Dialing Hours.

We offer a competitive base salary of $7,200 annually, with the addition of performance-based bonuses. The potential for earnings increases with the number of appointments set, directly influencing the productivity of our insurance agents. Moreover, we acknowledge hard work by paying for a 13th month, adding a bonus on top of the annual salary mentioned.

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to effectively engage with the leads we provide. You will have access to state-of-the-art dialer software integrated with a CRM system for detailed note-taking on each lead.

Pacific Time Dialing Hours (Adjusts for daylight saving time):

* From the second Sunday in March: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM PDT / 4:00 AM – 10:30 AM PHT
* From the first Sunday in November: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM PST / 5:00 AM – 11:30 AM PHT

Central Time Dialing Hours:

* From the second Sunday in March: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM PDT / 2:00 AM – 8:30 AM PHT
* From the first Sunday in November: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM PST / 3:00 AM – 9:30 AM PHT

Position Requirements:

* Fluency in English with a neutral accent is essential.
* A proactive approach to work, with outstanding communication skills.
* A quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
* Proficiency in managing schedules via Google Calendar.
* Commitment to achieving a weekly target of 10 to 15 appointments.
* Resilience in handling objections, with an ability to think quickly (comprehensive training provided).
* Previous experience with remote dialing software is advantageous.
* Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and dependable utility services.
* Available on Slack for prompt communication during work hours.
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and comfortable with adopting new technologies to enhance efficiency.

This is a full-time contractual role, offering flexible paid time off. Although health insurance is not directly provided, we offer a supplementary stipend to assist with health insurance costs, augmenting the base salary. Apply today to join our dynamic team!
