We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team and assist in driving our sales efforts. Responsibilities:
– LinkedIn Prospecting: Utilize automation tools to identify and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn, with the goal of booking appointments.
– LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Pull and manage lists from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target specific leads.
– Email Contact Management: Clean and maintain contact records for email outreach, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
– Email Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on the email inbox, promptly responding to inquiries and maintaining a professional communication standard.
– Campaign Setup: Set up and launch campaigns using tools like to engage prospects effectively.
– Response Tracking and Optimization: Continuously monitor responses to campaigns and optimize strategies to improve engagement.
– Outbound Dials: Call 25-50 people per day
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
– Book a minimum of 2 calls per day using LinkedIn and email outreach.
– Track and document all connections, replies, appointments, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
– Sales Focus: Prior experience or a strong interest in sales-related tasks.
– Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
– Executive Support Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
– Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and productivity software.
– Eastern Standard Time (EST) Availability: Must be available to accommodate the company’s operating hours within the EST zone.
– Sales Skills: Knowledge of prospecting, outbound outreach, and lead generation techniques.
– Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and effective prioritization.
– Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
– Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and anticipate sales needs.
– Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
– NDA Commitment: Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
